About the Event
Since 2009, the Sustainable Foods Summit has been covering major developments in the food industry concerning sustainability and and eco-labels, such as organic, fairtrade, RSPO, etc. What is the outlook for such eco-labels? What are some of the common ways food and ingredient firms are reducing their impacts? What is the future direction for sustainable sourcing: is it with third party standards or in-house schemes? How are sustainability metrics used by the food industry? How can sustainable agriculture help improve food security? Such questions are regularly addressed at this international series of summits.
The 3rd Asia-Pacific edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit will now take place online on on 15-18th March 2021 (SGT). Other editions of this international series in include North American virtual edition on 25-28 January, European edition in Amsterdam on 9-11th June, and Latin American edition in São Paulo on 24-25th November. Each edition brings together some of the most influential organisations involved in sustainability and eco-labels in the food industry.
